About Story Lab

Our story began with a question: How do cultural organizations present exhibitions and engage visitors to deliver stories and experiences that are memorable, emotional, and culturally relevant? Founded in 2022, Story Lab was born with a desire to support that.

We believe exhibitions should be more than presentation of knowledge — they should enrich and provide diverse experiences that resonate, invite reflection, and expand cultural understanding.

At Story Lab, we want to focus on content-driven spatial design, blending narratives with spaces to create environments where visitors feel part of the story. By connecting the dots between history and contemporary life, local roots and global perspectives, we craft exhibitions and experiences that empower people to see the world — and themselves — differently.

“I fiddle with ideas to connect the dots, but make no mistake—I’m serious about turning them into something meaningful. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Boston, and now developing narrative-based projects, I weave together cultures, history, and design in everything I do.

With a background in architecture, and Master’s degrees in Museum Studies (Harvard) and Education (NYU), and I bring creativity to all my projects—whether it’s writing a curriculum that uses dance to explain chemistry, designing diagrams to show oxygen flow in biomes, or crafting storyboards for media scripts—across disciplines, my goal is to democratize knowledge and make information accessible, engaging, and empowering.

I’ve collaborated with award-winning studios and creative thinkers worldwide, shaping narratives and visitor experiences for museums and cultural institutions across continents.
